A personal and commercial lines insurer is looking to hire a pricing specialist to join in a managerial position. This is within their traditional risk pricing space and will be looking after numerous direct reports. The whole team is fully remote.

This role will focus mostly on home products, where you will be reviewing the team's work and ensuring the models make commercial sense.

You will collaborate with the Head of Technical Pricing and senior stakeholders to implement modeling and rating changes. Your responsibilities will include enhancing pricing capabilities and improving predictive pricing models.

For this role, candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Good communication skills and proven leadership/management experience are required. Candidates should also have an understanding of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques, along with the ability to work with stakeholders.
