DP World is seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and commercially astute Pricing Manager to lead complex pricing opportunities and contribute to innovative pricing models. Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost and pricing elements of quotations within strict deadlines
• Prepare reports on financial impact, revenue, and commercial outcomes for senior leadership
• Participate in regional pricing approval meetings, presenting pricing options and risk analysis
• Lead large-scale, high-stakes pricing opportunities and contract renewals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solution Engineering, Operations, and Corporate Services
• Develop pricing tools to adapt to the fast-evolving logistics landscape
• Validate and implement final pricing models that align with Statements of Work
• Engage directly with prospects and support Sales in pricing negotiations
• Ensure compliance with DP World profitability targets and contract standards
• Document pricing assumptions, terms, and conditions in client-facing materials
• Review and analyze contractual terms to support pricing integrity
• Provide actionable feedback to senior management to meet margin and cost goals
• Conduct quality checks and coach team members on pricing accuracy and modeling

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in 3PL, engineering, costing, or operations management
• Strong grasp of logistics channels, RFQ and their cost dynamics
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint mastery required)
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly analyze pricing impacts under pressure
• Strong project management experience; able to manage multiple complex projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; customer-facing experience preferred
• Ability to build strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
• Willingness to travel on short notice (within 24 hours)
• Flexible schedule to accommodate global deadlines and time zones
