Be a part of our Commercial Strategy team, focused on growing TalkTalk’s market share by bringing innovative, customer-oriented propositions & partnerships that embody our challenger spirit.

As the Senior Commercial Strategy Manager, you’ll lead the commercial & pricing strategy for all products and propositions, supporting the wider team in negotiations with key partners.

Your responsibilities include defining commercial strategies for new & existing propositions, identifying opportunities, leading contract negotiations, and setting pricing principles for GTM activities.

You’ll act as the primary interface across stakeholders from Sales & Marketing to Finance, ensuring commercial objectives are understood and achieved.

Accountabilities

  • Define total lifecycle commercial strategy for all products & propositions.
  • Deliver quarterly pricing strategies for all products and propositions.
  • Manage product-level AMPU for new acquisitions and in-life products.
  • Oversee price point management & discount processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM planning, defining pricing strategies in collaboration with trading and marketing.
  • Work with propositions & partners managers to develop profitable products, defining commercial strategies and KPIs.
  • Lead negotiations & appraisals with partners.
  • Monitor pricing performance and recommend optimizations.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to align business objectives.
  • Conduct quarterly & annual reviews of pricing & commercial performance, analyzing trends.
  • Manage price point and discount processes to ensure trading flexibility.
  • Be a subject matter expert in the competitive environment, price elasticity, and product profitability.
