Pricing Innovation and Modelling Consultant

About the role

This role is part of the Pricing Development team, focusing on Demand Modelling and Pricing Innovation. You will apply advanced modelling techniques, including coding in R and using WTW Radar software, to develop and test market models. The position offers a mix of individual and collaborative work, with opportunities to grow into a subject matter expert and lead a small team. You will be a key contributor, with access to senior management, and will help shape our pricing strategies.

About you

You are an accomplished Pricing Modelling specialist with experience in general insurance, knowledgeable about pricing best practices, and capable of leading model development from end to end. You should have experience with GLMs/GBMs or Machine Learning methods, and the ability to conduct peer reviews.
