About the Company

Role Responsibilities

• Survey sites and take measurements to build accurate project estimates.
• Price a mix of long-term contracts and one-off projects (up to £300K).
• Work closely with operational teams to create accurate and commercially sound proposals.
• Manage multiple tenders simultaneously, staying organized and meeting deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

Degree in Building Services or Quantity Surveying and strong Excel skills. Enthusiastic about working on-site, crunching numbers, and contributing to impactful projects.
