Job summary

1st Central is seeking a Pricing Deployment Analyst to support the development and deployment of pricing algorithms and ensure accurate pricing changes in live environments.

You will work on the Radar rating algorithms and rating tables, with a flexible home-based pattern, one day per month in Salford Quays (Manchester) or Haywards Heath. You may spend more time with the team in the office if desired.

Qualifications

• Technical pricing and analytical experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python and Databricks.
• Ability to follow governance frameworks and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Radar software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with pricing teams to deliver pricing systems for insurance rating.
• Ensure changes follow governance and are deployed and prioritized.
• Analyze to improve rating efficiency and long-term pricing delivery.
• Build, maintain, and monitor production algorithms and documentation in Radar.
• Conduct pre- and post-live testing for accuracy.
• Support pricing MI monitoring and investigate price changes.
