Job Description:

I am working with an emerging Insurtech looking for a technical Pricing/Data Science professional. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for data, ready to join a small, high-performing team and contribute significantly to business growth. The company utilizes an in-house pricing system that combines traditional Emblem GLM models with machine learning models developed in Python.

While the client’s office is based in London, this role can be fully remote.

Required skills:

1. Proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude — essential for thriving in a small team environment where initiative and independent working are key.
2. Strong technical pricing background, ideally with experience using WTW Emblem; retail pricing and/or exposure to data science techniques (e.g., machine learning, Python) within a pricing context is highly desirable.
3. 3 to 8 years of experience within personal lines insurance is required.
