Are you passionate about leveraging advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to drive commercial value? OneFamily is looking for a talented Pricing Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy retail pricing models across our diverse product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop predictive models for demand, lapse, mortality, competitor prices, upsell, and pricing optimisation.
• Implement strategic and tactical pricing initiatives to address trading challenges and seize commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful pricing models aligned with business priorities.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.

Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in retail pricing models and machine learning techniques.
• Strong mathematical knowledge, including algebra, probability, and statistics.
• Proficiency in data modelling, predictive model evaluation, and application of ML algorithms.
• Understanding of the commercial impact of pricing and data-driven decision-making.
• An understanding of life insurance products including Term Assurance, Critical Illness, and Income Protection is helpful but not essential.
