As an analyst, you’ll use data, analytics, and your own curiosity to influence business strategy and customer outcomes. From day one you will be welcomed onboard to our Pricing academy, a structured learning and development program designed to equip graduate analysts with the technical, commercial and strategic skills required to succeed in the world of insurance pricing. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in data analysis and pricing tools, develop expertise in market modelling and regulatory insight, and learn how to make strategic decisions that balance customer value with business performance. Whether you’re new to insurance or already analytically minded, our Pricing Academy will give you the foundation, confidence, and connections to thrive in the world of insurance pricing—launching your career with the skills and support you need for success. This role will be starting in October with an induction planned in our Bexhill office in person.
