To co-ordinate, analyse, administer and facilitate routine and ad hoc pricing tasks on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis while providing support to the Pricing Manager and wider team.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Running and confirming prices and product details to customers.
  • Preparation, administration and expedition of periodic customer price lists, quotations and tenders.
  • Maintenance and housekeeping of price lists and pricing data in ERP system and CRM systems.
  • Upload and running cost sets as required, whilst maintaining audit trails.
  • Liaise between internal teams and customers, giving feedback where and when necessary.
  • Gathering and analysing data and intelligence, including running of business reports, as required.
  • Preparation of data to support tenders, quotations and scenario planning.
  • Communication of pricing movements to internal and external customers.
  • Contribute and aid the Pricing Team in continuous improvement.
  • High levels of attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes with accuracy and in a timely manner is essential.
  • High level of proficiency in computer systems – Excel (lookups, pivots and filters) and Outlook essential; ERP/MRP and CRM systems experience is desirable.
  • Competency calculating, producing and using data and numbers.
  • Professional writing and telephone manner.
  • Dedicated to and experienced in customer relationship building and service.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Ability to take own initiative when needed.
  • Desire to be a team player and an important member of a critical, rewarding and developing function.

To succeed in this role, you will work with key stakeholders across the business and demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to reduce complexity. An excellent track record in delivering everyday tasks in a simplified manner, converting data into usable and relevant information.
