Mishcon de Reya LLP in London is seeking a senior pricing leader to establish and run the pricing capability within a high-growth international law firm.

Reporting to the CFO, you will shape the commercial pricing strategy, build governance, and partner with Partners and Group Heads to improve profitability and win strategic client opportunities. You will start as the dedicated pricing specialist and, as the function matures, grow a pricing team.

Qualifications

• Significant pricing, commercial finance and profitability analysis experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders at Executive/Partner/Board level.
• Experience designing and transforming a pricing capability.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement pricing processes, governance and models.
• Develop pricing strategy aligned with firm goals and profitability targets.
• Provide commercial guidance on strategic client opportunities and major pitches.
• Lead development of alternative fee arrangements and client propositions.
• Deliver robust profitability analyses and actionable recommendations.
