Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Pricing Business Partner to produce pricing MI, monitor performance and deliver actionable insights for commercial decision-making. Hybrid working is available and the role involves partnering with Finance, Sales and other functions to drive data-driven decisions.

You will develop reporting frameworks, automate processes and present MI to senior stakeholders, contributing to governance and business performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified accounting qualification or relevant finance experience.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables.
• Experience producing and presenting Management Information (MI).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using Power BI or other reporting tools would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyse pricing MI to support performance and decision-making.
• Monitor product and portfolio performance, identify trends and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Develop reporting and dashboard solutions (KPI tracking and analysis).
• Contribute to regulatory and fair value monitoring through analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Ops, Treasury, Legal and other teams.
• Enhance reporting processes, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis to support governance and management needs.
• Maintain reporting policies, procedures and documentation.

Are you confident producing management information, analysing trends and partnering with stakeholders to support commercial decision-making?

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing and analysing pricing management information to support business performance and strategic decision-making
• Monitoring product and portfolio performance, identifying trends and delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Supporting the development of reporting and dashboard solutions, including KPI tracking and performance analysis
• Contributing to regulatory and fair value monitoring activities through detailed analysis and reporting
• Partnering with teams across Finance, Sales, Customer Operations, Treasury, Legal and other business functions
• Developing and enhancing reporting processes, automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Preparing ad hoc analysis and business intelligence to support management and governance requirements
• Maintaining relevant policies, procedures and reporting documentation

Key Requirements:

• Part-qualified accountancy qualification or relevant finance experience
