What you’ll be doing

Pricing Management & Accuracy

  • Take full ownership of all pricing uploads, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in coordination with the Merchandising and Buying teams
  • Act as the key point of contact for any pricing-related queries or issues, supporting the team in all repricing activities and maintaining data integrity across systems.

Promotions Setup & Analysis

  • Lead the setup and execution of promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Site and Merchandising teams.
  • Work closely with the Pricing Analyst and Pricing Manager to assess risks and alignment of each promotion with the commercial strategy
  • Provide detailed post-promotion analysis and insights to inform future promotional planning and strategy.

Regional Performance Review

  • Conduct regular reviews of regional pricing strategies and assess the performance of new stock on site by brand and by region.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for pricing optimization across markets to drive commercial performance.

Competitor Benchmarking

  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis using Edited and other relevant tools, delivering insights on pricing and promotional strategies to support strategic decision-making.
The type of person we are looking for
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills, including familiarity with basic formulas and pivot tables; willingness to learn more advanced functions.
  • Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail with an interest in working with data and numbers to support decision-making.
  • Basic understanding or interest in pricing and promotions; any previous exposure is a plus but not essential.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to share findings in a simple and concise way.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude, ready to support cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Buying, and Site Trading.
