Pricing Analyst - Luxury Fashion, London

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Pricing Analyst for a luxury e-commerce brand based in London.

You will be responsible for managing weekly pricing uploads, coordinating with merchandising assistants, and supporting core pricing operations. This role involves working cross-functionally with Back Office, Upload, and Core Merchandising teams to ensure pricing accuracy, alignment with business strategies, and effective promotion execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Weekly Upload Ownership: Manage and execute weekly pricing uploads, ensuring accuracy and completeness across platforms.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with MAs and other teams to validate pricing data before upload.
3. Process Understanding: Develop knowledge of the TON pricing process and work with stakeholders across merchandising and systems teams.
4. Promo & Clearance Setup: Support promotional pricing strategies using tools like WCS and Prince; monitor their impact.
5. Performance Tracking: Analyze how pricing actions affect KPIs such as stock levels, sales, and margins.
6. Global Pricing Analysis: Understand global pricing structures and review regional upload KPIs.
7. Brand Deep Dives: Analyze brand discounting behaviors and pricing strategies in relation to TON brand positioning.

Requirements:

• Experience in pricing, merchandising, or retail analytics
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with WCS and Prince is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proactive problem-solving and process improvement mindset
