Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Pricing Analyst with healthcare market access experience to serve as the technical lead on pricing activities supporting the International business, including current and new market entry.

This role is part of the market access group that supports all our international markets. As the Pricing Lead Analyst, you will oversee pricing governance, develop pricing tools, and conduct pricing research and competitive intelligence. You will deliver analytics and build dashboards for our product portfolio to establish pricing corridors across markets.

You should be proficient in understanding, utilizing, and developing advanced pricing tools to collaborate effectively across the business. Additionally, you will participate in pricing implementation operations in partnership with Commercial Operations, Finance, and SAP teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Strategic Pricing Senior Manager to conduct ad hoc studies on pricing, reimbursement systems, market dynamics, and customer segmentation, providing recommendations on pricing.
2. Maintain pricing dashboards using analytics and the best available tools.
3. Ensure operational pricing activities are coordinated with Accounting and Commercial Operations.
4. Work with FP&A to validate pricing assumptions for short-term and long-term projects.
5. Contribute to the development of an international pricing framework aligned with the global strategy.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical or medical device EU or global Market Access.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite and Excel modeling.
• Experience managing financial and pricing analytics tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver high-quality results.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Capacity to lead projects independently.
• Ability to generate and maintain accurate records.
• Strategic thinking and openness to innovation.
• Fluent in English.

Physical Requirements:

• Willingness to travel globally as needed (less than 30%).
• This position is hybrid, based in our London office.
• Country of residence: UK.
