What you’ll be doing

As a Pricing Analyst Developer, you’ll join the wider Pricing & Underwriting Development team, proactively planning and managing your tasks to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of projects. You will engage in technical discussions with external suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet current and future business needs.

• Assist in developing Alteryx-based processes to deliver modeling and pricing benefits.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and provide recommendations for modeling and pricing within Commercial Insurance, building and supporting data models and management information (MI) using Alteryx.
• Ensure best practices in data cleaning, blending, circulation, and maintenance are adopted.
• Provide insights, impacts, and recommendations to the team and business to support decision-making and strategy.
• Identify inefficiencies, challenge current processes appropriately, and develop improvements aligned with the company's risk framework.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage your workload.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Alteryx is essential.
• Experience in a similar role with a strong numerical or statistical background.
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and AWS/Azure is highly beneficial.
• Experience in General Insurance and data quality principles is a plus.
