About the Role

Due to ongoing growth and expansion into new services and markets, our client is seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded Pricing Analyst to join their team. This key role supports the Commercial Director in managing and developing commercial relationships, leading pricing strategies, analyzing new opportunities, and ensuring robust contract governance across the customer base.

You will play a vital role in advancing the commercial strategy by working cross-functionally across pricing, tendering, contract negotiation, service costing, and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for pricing and manage bid processes for new business and renewals (RFPs).
  • Develop and refine pricing models aligned with customer needs and profitability goals.
  • Draft and review contracts, addenda, and commercial agreements from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers, business development, operations, and finance teams throughout the tender and contract lifecycle.
  • Monitor and manage contract performance, ensuring commitments are met and margins are improved.
  • Conduct profitability analyses and prepare commercial reports using various data sources.
  • Perform market research to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
  • Stay informed about legal and contractual developments relevant to the industry.

Proven experience in a commercial role within the services or IT services industry. Strong background in pricing, tender processes, and profitability analysis. Skilled in contract drafting, negotiation, and governance. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. High proficiency in numerical, analytical, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data-driven reporting. Demonstrates initiative, integrity, and professionalism under pressure.
