Job Title: Pricing Analyst and Project Coordinator

Pay: $72,000 – $87,000 (based on experience)

About Our Client:

Addison Group has partnered with a leading organization to identify a motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst and Project Coordinator. This position supports strategic pricing operations and cross-functional projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Description: This dual-function role is 80% pricing-focused and 20% project coordination. The individual will analyze and propose pricing strategies based on market trends and internal data, while also supporting improvement initiatives across purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze part pricing, including cost changes, margins, and discount structures
  • Conduct historical sales and customer data reviews to propose new list pricing
  • Maintain compliance with internal audit processes and ensure appropriate pricing approvals are documented
  • Manage SAP entries and reporting related to pricing and customer discounting
  • Support project initiatives to improve pricing accuracy and reduce manual processes
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to identify and implement operational enhancements
  • Calculate and validate business math elements such as profit margins and evaluations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of pricing analysis or business math experience
  • Experience in the distribution industry strongly preferred
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
  • Familiarity with SAP/S4 Hana required
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable giving direction and coordinating with various departments

Additional Details:

  • Reports to: Parts Operations Manager
  • Works closely with: Parts Sales Manager, Purchasing, Warehouse, and cross-functional teams (team size: 12–13)
  • Hybrid Schedule: only in office three days per week
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire
  • Interview Process: Virtual or onsite with hiring manager, followed by onsite panel
