PHOENIX Medical Supplies is seeking a commercially minded and analytically driven Pricing Analyst to join our growing commercial team. You will influence key business decisions by providing pricing insight, analysis and recommendations that support profitability and growth.

You'll work closely with buying, sales, finance and business development to shape pricing strategies, monitor competitor activity and maintain pricing databases, reporting tools and models.

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent analytical experience.
• Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, finance, category management or a similar analytical role.
• Experience working with large datasets and reporting tools.
• Exposure to a commercial, supply chain or B2B environment.
• Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals or a regulated industry.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse pricing, margin and commercial performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improved profitability.
• Support the development and execution of pricing strategies across product categories.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable commercial insights.
• Maintain and develop pricing databases, reporting tools and analytical models.
• Support tenders, commercial proposals and customer pricing initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to optimise buying and selling performance.
• Produce regular reporting and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Identify and support process improvements that enhance pricing effectiveness.

At PHOENIX Medical Supplies, we're looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven Pricing Analyst to join our growing commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to influence key business decisions by providing insight, analysis and pricing recommendations that support both profitability and growth.

Working closely with buying, sales, finance and business development teams, you'll help shape pricing strategies, identify commercial opportunities and support decision-making across a large and diverse product portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing
