Royal Mail, Bolton, BL4 9XX (Hybrid) - Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays working in-office.

We are looking for a special pricing analyst to work in our credit management centre. The team consists of approximately 100 people covering a diverse range of activities including credit risk, credit control, enquiries, and special pricing.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team to achieve Royal Mail business objectives. You will be working in the customer pricing team to ensure accurate pricing reviews and feedback outcomes to our customers.

  • Manage, update, and maintain SharePoint.
  • Undertake customer pricing reviews and feedback outcomes to the customer.
  • Ensure appropriate liaison with Sales to maintain customer relationships and understand commercial impact.
  • Log, accurately and clearly, all action points on customers' records to ensure an up-to-date profile is kept of the customer.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve SLA's and KPI's.
  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities to drive the team forward.

About You

In addition to administration experience, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experienced in the use of SharePoint.
  • Numerate and accurate with a good methodical approach to work.
  • Skilled in data analysis and input.
  • Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with all levels of people both internal and external.
  • Problem solving & analytical skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent team player.

Next Steps
