Leicestershire County Council invites applications for a full-time Prevention Officer role, aimed at supporting vulnerable adults in the community. Salary: Grade F - Starting salary is £31,568 (Level one), rising to £34,314 (Level four) per annum (pro-rata for part-time).

The Prevention Officer role is part of the Face-to-Face Prevention project within the Adults Transformation Programme. You will help promote independence and well-being among adults in the community. We are recruiting for 2 Prevention Officer positions.
The role involves providing preventative support, assisting individuals through crises, and helping them become independent by leveraging their strengths and support networks. You will work proactively to prevent health and social care issues from escalating, collaborating with personal support networks, health professionals, and community partners to implement effective prevention strategies.
