• Proven experience in a main dealer or independent garage.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to high standards.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and referrals.
• Communicating with Service Reception and Workshop Control.
• Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and following manufacturer procedures.
