Job summary

Porsche Centre Hatfield is seeking a Vehicle Technician to diagnose, repair and service Porsche vehicles to the highest standards. You will liaise with the Service Team and customers, aiming for first-time fixes while maintaining meticulous records.

The role requires a full UK driving license, Level 2 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence, and experience in a franchised dealership. You will join a team dedicated to quality, safety, and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license, Category B, minimum 2 years preferred.
• Level 2 Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Competence or equivalent.
• Experience in a franchised automotive dealership.
• Excellent mechanical and technical skills to diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of vehicles.
• Ability to work quickly, diligently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Identify problems with vehicles using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Carry out repairs and service work across the Porsche vehicle range.
• Perform road tests to confirm repairs and ensure proper function.
• Document services performed, parts used and issues found during inspections.
• Communicate with Service Team or customers about vehicle issues and repair options.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and Porsche standards.
• Keep up with latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
