Prestige Service Technician

£30-33k basic DOE with £8-12k bonus on top
Farnborough
Permanent/Full Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08.30am – 5:30pm) 1 in 3 Saturdays (08.30am – 1pm)

Our client in Farnborough is looking for an experienced Service Technician to join their team. If you have experience as a Service Technician and you are looking for your next motor trade role, get in touch with us today!

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
  2. Instructing the parts department of the parts necessary for repair.
  3. Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
  4. Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  5. Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
  6. Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
  7. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  8. Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
Your Background & Skill:
  1. NVQ Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
  2. Manufacturer led training record.
  3. Proven experience working as a Service Technician (within a main dealer).
  4. Strong communication skills.
  5. Full UK Driving Licence.
  6. E.V Training is advantageous.
  7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
