- Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
- Instructing the parts department of the parts necessary for repair.
- Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
- Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
- Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
- Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
- NVQ Level 3 Qualified Vehicle Technician.
- Manufacturer led training record.
- Proven experience working as a Service Technician (within a main dealer).
- Strong communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- E.V Training is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
