Job summary

The AA and Jaguar Land Rover partnership seeks a dedicated Dedicated Technician to provide prestige roadside support for JLR vehicles. You will represent two iconic brands with a customer-first approach, using manufacturer tools to diagnose and repair on the roadside.

You will own the customer journey from arrival to completion, balancing technical skill with clear communication to ensure satisfaction. The role includes a 40-hour week with flexible standby hours and the gear provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points).
• Confident, independent and customer focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prestige roadside support for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles using manufacturer tools and diagnostics.
• Own the customer experience from arrival to completion of repair.
• Combine technical skill with clear communication to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle warranty work, roadside diagnostics and advanced repairs.
• Start and end your day with a fully equipped JLR van, tools and uniform.
• Work 40 hours/week with a 7am-9pm shift range and flexible standby hours.
