Job summary

Sytner Select Cardiff has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive with a customer service or sales background. You will be the key contact for customers on their journey to buying a new car, delivering a high level of service and support.

The role includes weekend patterns to meet customer demand, an achievable OTE of £44,380, and benefits such as staff purchase schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, and exclusive discounts with retailers.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage customers face-to-face.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the car-buying journey.
• Work flexibly, including weekends, to maintain high service levels.
• Support customers with vehicle purchase process and aftercare.
