Job summary

Sytner Select Bristol, part of Sytner Group, is recruiting a Sales Executive to guide customers through the journey of buying a new or used car. You will engage with customers face-to-face, tailor recommendations, and close sales while delivering outstanding service.

In addition to salary, the role offers a generous OTE of £44,380 and benefits such as subsidised car purchase schemes, discounted MOT and servicing, and various staff discounts. Weekend work is typical to cover dealership hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales background is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers on their journey to buying a car.
• Understand customer needs and communicate loan options, financing and purchase choices.
• Work patterns may include weekends to ensure high levels of service.
