Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager on behalf of a franchised main dealer near Southampton. You will lead a dynamic sales team, drive both new and used car sales and ensure outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and strong understanding of the financial side of the business, with a focus on CSI and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Need to have prestige/ prestige volume brand experience.
• Retail focused Sales Manager who is used to managing a close knit team and good at motivating and pushing the sales team.
• Used to manufacturer processes and strong element of CSI.
• A keen understanding & interest of the financial side of the business.
• Possess an energy and genuine regard for the importance of the customer to the sustainability of the business and the brand.

Responsabilités

• Manage a dynamic, fast-paced sales department to achieve and exceed targets.
• Coach and manage performance to maintain standards.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through adherence to CSI indicators.
• Maximise new and used car sales through events and campaigns.
