WHAT DOES A PRESTIGE ACCOUNT MANAGER DO?

You partner with key influencers in the On Trade. You bring our brands to life in top-end Prestige Bars, Clubs, and Restaurants by building strong relationships and working collaboratively with our customers. You drive the performance and growth of Bacardi’s brands through seeking new business, increasing distribution, and engaging with consumers.

ABOUT YOU

You are passionate about Prestige, Trends, and the On Trade. Your entrepreneurial mindset means you excel as the main contact for our influencer customers, driving new business, expanding distribution, and maintaining sustainable relationships. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role. You understand the importance of relationships and work diligently to develop them. Most importantly, you feel comfortable in the premium On Trade environment, advocating for our brands and focusing on the consumer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With the consumer at the center, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with key customers by building excellent relationships in the Premium and Influencer On Trade Late Night outlets, understanding their needs, local consumers, and developing tailored solutions.
  • Achieving key sales metrics: Brand Distribution, Outlet Visibility, New Business, Promotions, and Financial Targets.
  • Developing and managing sales and promotional plans for your customer base aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Collaborating with customers to deliver comprehensive solutions, resolving questions or issues.
  • Securing new premium business listings and growing existing accounts.
  • Working with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to activate brands through hosting prestige events and executing top-tier brand activations.
  • Monitoring and evaluating promotional activities against budgets and conducting ROI analysis.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED

  • Approximately 2 years’ experience in Sales and Premium On Trade/Retail/Hospitality sectors; activation experience is a plus.
  • A proven track record of performance and achievement.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking abilities.
