Fork-lift truck license (2t to 5t)

We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a PRESS SETTER / OPERATOR.

Our company is based in the heart of the Black Country and has been established for many years. Our solid and secure customer base includes a major client committed to staying in the UK for the foreseeable future, creating a need for a Press Setter / Operator to strengthen our Toolroom.

Must Have: The right to work in the UK.

Location: Commutable from Birmingham, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Worcester, Harbourne, Moseley, Walsall, Aldridge, Sutton Coldfield, Willenhall, Dudley, Rowley Regis, Bearwood, Redditch, and Wolverhampton.

Responsibilities:

• Setting progression presses between 80t and 400t
• Conducting machinery setup in accordance with ROSPA standards
• Maintaining quality standards
• Upkeep of machines in your area
• Weekly checks on oils and greases
• Training on new equipment as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in setting and operating presses
• Progression pressing experience preferred but training available
• ROSPA Press Setting certificate or willingness to obtain
• Fork-lift truck license (2t to 5t) or willingness to train

Shift Options:

• 6.00am – 2pm
• 7.30am – 4.30pm
• 2pm – 10pm
