Job Title: PRESS OPERATOR (FORKLIFT)

Our client is seeking a PRESS OPERATOR (FORKLIFT) to join their team initially on a temporary ongoing basis. This role could become permanent for the right candidate.

Requirements and Preferences:

• Experience working in the print industry
• Experience operating production equipment
• Ability to operate a forklift truck
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work as part of a positive team

Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Operating fork trucks and handling equipment to load and unload lorries
• Operating reel pasting equipment and managing the reel store
• Operating mailroom stacking, strapping, and palletising equipment
• Supporting printing staff to plate and de-plate the press
• Carrying out maintenance and cleaning duties
