About the Role

We are seeking a Press Brake Machine Setter Operator to join our Press Shop team on the nightshift. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, this role involves setting and operating an Amada 7-axis Press Brake. The candidate must confidently set the machine based on tooling lists and detailed component drawings to produce components from thin gauge materials.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize Health & Safety, Quality, and Target awareness at all times.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Follow quality procedures in all tasks.
  • Set and operate the machine to produce dimensionally accurate components as per drawings.
  • Measure components using Vernier, angle protractor, and thickness gauge; adjust tools to meet quality requirements.

Shift pattern: Sundays to Thursdays, 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.12 per hour (Shift Allowance paid at 25%)

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
