A growing engineering company in Tamworth is seeking a skilled Press Brake Setter/Operator to join their team. This role offers an excellent hourly rate of up to £15.00 with steady day shifts and a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience operating an Amada Press Brake and be confident in reading technical drawings.

Press Brake Location: Tamworth B78

Hours: Start time 07.00. Finish time 16.00 Monday to Thursday
Start time 07.00. Finish time 12.00. Friday.

Payrate: upto £15.00 p/h

What You’ll Be Doing

- Working from detailed engineering drawings

- To Set and Operate an Amada Press Brake

- Reporting to the Fabrication Manager

- Occasionally working independently on varied jobs and materials

What We're Looking For

- A skilled Press Brake setter / Operator

- Strong background in using an Amada Press Brake

- The Ability to Change tooling and angles
- Experienced in loading an Amada Press Brake

- Confident reading technical drawings

- 3+ years experience working within an engineering environment

- Someone who can hit the ground running and work on their own initiative
