Press Brake Setter / Operator

Permanent Opportunity

Paying up to £16 per hour

Permanent role based in Leicester commutable from Enderby, Braunstone, Hinckley, Lutterworth and surrounding areas.

Our client is looking for an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator on an Amada press brake to join their expanding team.

Interviewing immediately.

Working Hours:

1. Start time: 08.00
2. Finish time: 17.00 Monday to Thursday
3. Start time: 08.00
4. Finish time: 13.00 Friday

Overtime paid at a premium.

Job Purpose:

1. To report to the Press Shop Manager
2. To set and operate an Amada Press Brake
3. To work with Mild Steel 1mm - 12mm
4. To read all engineering drawings

The Press Brake Setter / Operator Candidate:

1. Ability to use an Amada press brake (Set and Operate)
2. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
3. Ability to work with Mild Steel
4. Highly skilled Press Brake Setter / Operator
5. More than 3 years industry experience welding (desired but not essential)
6. Candidate should be able to work on their own initiative
