Our sites are conveniently located just off Cowpen Road in Blyth, Northumberland.

Our Press Brake team works on a night shift rotation, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, so you must be willing and able to work shifts.

What You’ll Do
  • Program, set, and operate our press brakes to bend various types of metal.
  • Review plans for finished products, adjust machine settings for speed, material feed, and path, and ensure machines are properly set up to produce quality products.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures and best practice guidelines to support area development and growth.
  • Ensure machines operate at full capacity, are well-maintained, and stocked with necessary materials; perform periodic output checks.
  • Follow and improve processes and procedures to optimize production efficiency.
We’d Love You To Have
  • Process experience on press brakes, ideally Trumpf machines.
  • Ability to set a range of tooling on different machine types.
  • Skill in reading technical drawings in both 3rd and 1st angle projection.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet production schedules, and exceed targets.
  • Enjoyment in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Good numerical skills to understand complex instructions and ensure correct product design and fabrication.
  • Problem-solving skills.
