Press Brake Operator (Progression to Team Lead)

Salary: £40,000 + Progression + Training + Overtime + Company Benefits + Early Finish Friday

Location: Evesham

Are you a Press Brake Operator or similar looking to work for a manufacturer of bespoke automation systems, taking a step up into a team lead role and managing a small team of fabricators?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a company that designs and manufactures bespoke automated machinery for clients internationally. They create solutions for companies in the Pharmaceutical, Packaging, and Food industries.

This role involves supervising a small team of Welder Fabricators, monitoring and approving their work. You will also be hands-on, using machinery such as press brakes to fabricate parts for bespoke machines.

This position is suitable for a Press Brake Operator or similar with a background in fabrication, looking to join a growing company that offers a career step-up into a team lead role, with training to facilitate the transition and enhance your skills.
