Qualifications

• Experience operating automated press brakes.
• Ability to perform tool changes and maintenance.
• Ability to inspect parts and make machine adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Operate Amada press brakes to achieve output, efficiency and quality targets.
• Conduct tool changes and tool maintenance.
• Ensure completed work is checked off and passed to assembly, weld or paint in a controlled and organised manner.
• Record output and quality information as specified.
• Support the Sheet Metal Team Leader and Machine Programmer in problem solving and continuous improvement activities.
• Adhere to safety policies and contribute to a safety-first culture.
• Contribute to general maintenance of the department via basic maintenance, 5S and cleaning.
