• Architect the tax position of a company moving £100M–£500M+ cross-border within 72 hours.

• Translate treaties into tools. Read jurisdictions like a chess board.

• Shield founder equity like it’s state gold.

• Orchestrate elite advisors (Big 4, silk QC, offshore counsel) like a war room - you’re the general, not the grunt.

• Spot compliance vulnerabilities before they reach the calendar.

• ACA or CTA qualified (or better). 10+ years in the game.

• Oxbridge or equivalent preferred. (But if you can out-think a QC and outwork a Big 4 partner, we’ll let that slide.)

• Trusted by those who sign deals in ink and sweat - billionaires, boardrooms, or dynasties.

• Strategic, skeptical, surgical. You speak in clauses and think in consequences.

• The kind of person who proofreads footnotes for pleasure.

• HMRC once challenged you. Once.
