Your Role

As President of IPC, you will serve as the key architect and executive leader, responsible for developing and integrating the company’s trading, operational, and global growth strategy.

You will:
• Co-develop and lead IPC’s multi-year roadmap across trading, partnerships, operations, and strategic expansion.
• Build the executive team and shape a performance-driven, agile, and transparent company culture.
• Oversee international operations including trade execution, risk management, compliance, and governance.
• Develop and manage key relationships with commercial partners, regulators, financial stakeholders, and infrastructure providers.
• Integrate technology, sustainability (ESG), and innovation into IPC’s long-term strategy and operations.



What We’re Looking For
• 15+ years in senior executive roles in global energy, trading, or complex commercial environments.
• Demonstrated success in launching, scaling, or transforming high-impact organizations in dynamic markets.
• Deep understanding of global market dynamics, energy supply chains, commercial risk, and trading strategies.
• Strategic thinker with operational depth, capable of managing systems, teams, and outcomes in parallel.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on leadership and a bias toward decisive action.
• Based in London or willing to relocate.



Compensation & Incentive Structure

This is a founding executive role.
At the early stage, this position is offered without a fixed monthly salary due to the nature of the venture.
Upon commencement of commercial operations and achievement of strategic milestones, a competitive monthly salary will be introduced, alongside a long-term, performance-based equity package designed to reward leadership, value creation, and shared success.
