THIS IS A 6-12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT BASED IN LONDON OR EDINBURGH

Position Purpose

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the delivery of high-quality presentations for all FSI Investment team but primarily focusing on Stewart Investors and FSSA.

If you have a collaborative and supportive approach with previous experience using Powerpoint in a Presentations design or similar role, we would like to hear from you.

About you

  • An understanding and interest in the investment industry and knowledge of clients with enthusiasm to grow and develop personal skills and competencies
  • Flexible and adaptive, working collaboratively within the wider RFP team
  • High attention to detail with proven ability to manage/prioritise/deliver a wide range of tasks, often to tight deadlines, and manage expectations
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge Qvidian or similar would be beneficial but not essential
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint experience is essential)
  • Ability to work as a team member and use own initiative

Your experience

  • Excellent technical knowledge and ability to work with different funds and strategies in multiple jurisdictions
  • Ability to work with a large and diverse number of different departments and be ‘internal’ client facing as well as ‘external’ bringing a strong customer service focus
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint experience is essential)

Your day to day

  • Creation and production of fund, strategy and event presentations in a timely and accurate manner utilising the slide library system, Qvidian
  • Maintain the Qvidian slide library
  • Ensure all external presentations are approved in conjunction with internal processes and global compliance regulations
  • Support the team with approval logs for Risk Management and Compliance.
  • Support distribution team presentation needs on fund manager visits
  • Support marketing team on event/roadshow presentations
  • Build and maintain good relationship with the FSI distribution teams and key internal stakeholders.
  • Potential to broaden involvement across whole of RFP team activities, during out of cycle periods
