You will play a crucial role in collaborating with the team to understand the target audience and specific messaging required for each client presentation. Your expertise in PowerPoint design will be essential in developing presentations that adhere to brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages. Additionally, you will create graphics, animations, and dynamic images to captivate audiences and ensure a compelling presentation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Partnerships Team to understand the target audience and specific messaging requirements for client presentations.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines, including pitches, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
• Create visually compelling graphics, animations, and dynamic images to effectively convey key messaging.
• Design engaging internal PowerPoint presentations for specific events throughout the year to engage employees.
• Support internal and external marketing communications, including case study libraries, using design and PowerPoint skills.
• Create master PowerPoint templates that can be easily customised by team members.
• Collaborate with project teams when needed, providing PowerPoint design expertise.
• Create monthly client newsletters featuring the latest case studies and add them to the company website.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Presentation Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of PowerPoint presentations.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of brand guidelines and ability to design presentations accordingly.
• Expertise in creating visually compelling graphics, animations, and dynamic images.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to convey messages effectively through visual elements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Partnerships Team and project teams.
• A creative mindset, passion for design, and ability to think outside the box.
• Knowledge of HTML and experience with website content management systems is a plus.
