Job summary

Nteractive is seeking a talented Presentation Designer to join our Creative Studio. You will turn complex content into clear, engaging PowerPoint presentations for client projects, pitches and events, while developing templates, icons and visual assets that reinforce brand storytelling.

You’ll work with Creative Directors and Designers, delivering polished decks on tight deadlines, and applying typography, color and information design principles across multiple client brands.

Qualifications

We’re looking for a talented Presentation Designer to join our Creative Studio and help transform ideas, stories and information into compelling visual experiences. This is a specialist design role for someone who has an exceptional eye for design and is genuinely passionate about PowerPoint. You’ll take complex content and turn it into clear, imaginative and memorable presentations – from pitch decks and client presentations to strategic narratives, templates, infographics and supporting visual assets. You’ll work closely with our Creative Directors, Designers, Project Directors and wider teams, owning the presentation design process from initial concept and story structure through to polished, client‑ready delivery. What you'll be doing

Presentation Design & Visual Storytelling

• Design high-quality, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for client projects, live and virtual experiences, internal communications, pitches and proposals.
• Transform complex content, data and strategic narratives into clear slide structures, visual stories, diagrams, infographics and engaging presentation flows.
• Develop creative presentation concepts and visual routes that respond to the brief, audience, objectives and client brand.
• Apply excellent typography, layout, composition, colour, imagery and information-design principles across every presentation.
• Create presentations that are not only visually strong but communicate clearly and create a compelling audience experience.

PowerPoint Craft & Design Systems

• Create and maintain PowerPoint master templates, themes, layouts, slide libraries, charts, tables, iconography and reusable design systems.
• Ensure presentations are consistent, polished and technically robust across different clients and projects.
• Work confidently with client brand guidelines, translating them into engaging presentation systems and visual identities.
• Prepare final presentation files for reliable delivery, checking formatting, fonts, links, animations, transitions, media, charts and page set-up.
• Manage version control and ensure presentation materials are accurate, organized and delivered on time.

Creative & New Business

• Work with Creative Directors and the wider creative team to develop presentations that bring strategic ideas and creative concepts to life.
• Support new business pitches and proposals, often working to tight deadlines and responding quickly to changing requirements.
• Develop an understanding of Nteractive’s key clients and prospective clients, adapting your design approach to different brands, audiences and objectives.
• Present and explain your design thinking confidently to internal teams, partners and clients.
• Respond positively to feedback while maintaining the integrity and quality of the creative solution.

Supporting Design

• Create supporting visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, including image treatments, icons, diagrams and polished graphics.
• Work closely with Graphic Designers and other creative specialists to ensure presentation materials are visually consistent across wider campaign and event environments.
• Keep up to date with developments in presentation design, visual storytelling, data visualisation, accessibility and PowerPoint functionality.
• Share ideas, inspiration and best practice with the wider Creative Studio and contribute to continually raising the quality of our work.

What you will bring

We’re looking for someone with a strong combination of presentation design expertise, graphic design craft and visual storytelling ability.

You’ll Ideally Have

• Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including Slide Master, themes, templates, layouts, charts, tables, animation, transitions and multimedia.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated presentation design, visual storytelling, information design and brand application.
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
• At least two years’ relevant experience within a creative, events, brand experience, communications or agency environment.
• Experience creating high-quality client-facing presentations, pitch decks, proposals and presentation templates from concept through to final delivery.
• A strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, grids, imagery and data visualisation.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting creative approaches across different client identities.
• The ability to simplify complex information and create clear visual hierarchy without losing meaning.
• Confidence working with content owners to challenge slide density, clarify messages and improve narrative flow.
• Experience working at pace, managing short deadlines and balancing multiple stakeholders and projects.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail, version control and file-management skills.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
