  • Support the wider bid and proposal process with innovative design solutions and presentation concepts.
  • Contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions, offering fresh visual and conceptual perspectives.
  • Ensure all presentation materials adhere to company brand standards and visual guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • Design and produce highly creative PowerPoint presentations for both existing clients and new business opportunities.
  • Maximise PowerPoint’s advanced functionality to deliver visually striking, dynamic, and on‑brand presentations.
  • Maintain the highest creative standards across all presentations and design outputs.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
  • Quality check design and artwork within corporate brand guidelines and approved briefs and timescales.

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional eye for layout, typography, colour, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills; able to work under tight deadlines whilst under pressure.
  • Must be able to work on their own initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of presenting creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and business development principles.
