Hywel DdaUniversity Health Board are looking for an Experienced Dietitian to join the prescribing support team and MDT dietetic service.

To support the development and implementation and evaluation of best practice in relation to prescribed nutritional supplements and other FP10 nutritional related products across the health board
Work in partnership with medicines management, primary care and other partners as required.
Use specialist dietetic skills and Knowledge to assess, plan and implement treatment.
Deliver dietetic interventions in a variety of settings.
Training and education will be a central part of this role as well as supporting student training and the development and implementation of our Dietetic Assistant Practitioner roles.
The successful applicant will become an integral member of the dietetic team working to ensure optimal nutritional care for patients as a key determinant of recovery and outcome.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
