Are you an Independent prescribing Pharmacist looking for a part time locum role in South West London?

We have an exciting opportunity available x2 days per week!

- Job Title: Independent Prescribing Pharmacist - Location: South West London - GP Surgery - Duration: 2 months - Schedule: 2 weekdays per week (9am - 5pm, days to be confirmed)

What You'll Be Doing

Join our client's team as a Prescribing Pharmacist based in a busy GP Practice setting. In this role, you will:

Support with medication reconciliation

Perform CQC safety searches and audits

Manage repeat prescriptions and medicines optimisation

Ensure patient safety through effective prescribing practices

Work collaboratively with the practice team to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A current and valid Independent Prescribing qualification

Experience using EMIS clinical system

Background in primary care, ideally in a GP setting

Strong clinical and communication skills

Availability for on-site work in South West London

Working Hours & Contract Duration

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, requiring availability for 2 weekdays per week (9am-5pm) . Exact days to be confirmed. The contract is for 2 months , with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
