Are you an experienced Prescribing Nurse lookingto make a real difference in a dynamic and supportive environment? Join our dedicated Duty Team at Roundstone Surgery, where your skills, autonomy, and clinical judgement will be valued and developed.

Main duties of the job

You will play a key role in our same-day care service, working alongside GPs, other nurse practitioners, paramedics, and allied health professionals. As a core member of the Duty Team, you will be responsible for:Assessing, diagnosing, and managing acute presentationsProviding high-quality clinical care and prescribing safely and appropriatelyManaging minor illness/injury and triaging urgent on-the-day needsSupporting patients via face-to-face, telephone, and online consultationsContributing to a multi-disciplinary approach to urgent care delivery

Job responsibilities
