Kido is a place where innovation and imagination unite to create modern Early Years settings. We’re looking for a Room Leader to join our team at Kido location: Kido International Nursery & Preschool Bethnal Green, St Peter’s Mission Hall, 56 Warner Pl, London E2 7DA
We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. In the UK, all our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding, located in London and Windsor. We’re expanding with 1-2 new nurseries opening each year! Our curriculum combines practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, catering to children aged 3 months to 5 years. We believe that a mix of free and structured play, engaging environments, and loving care lay the foundation for early childhood development. Role responsibilities
As a Room Leader, you’ll embody our values of Listen, Learn, and Lead, taking ownership of your room, planning engaging activities aligned with EYFS and our curriculum, and supporting your team in observing and assessing children’s progress. You’ll foster a curious learning environment, communicate effectively with families and colleagues, and ensure individual needs are met with sensitivity and flexibility. You will also be responsible for documenting children’s milestones and maintaining a nurturing, inclusive environment that respects diversity.
