Salary: £38,000 FTE (Term-Time Only)

We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Manager to lead our term-time only setting in Woolmer Green.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the staff team to deliver outstanding early years education and care.
• Manage the day-to-day operations, including staff rotas, planning, and resources.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and statutory requirements are met.
• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
• Drive continuous improvement across the nursery.

About You

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above desirable).
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within early years.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
