A leading technology consulting firm in London seeks a Pre-Sales Solution Lead. In this role, you will own the delivery of solution proposals, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and engage with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in Salesforce pre-sales and solution architecture, along with a Salesforce Application Architect certification. The team you'll be working with:
The Salesforce Pre Sales Solution Lead reports directly to the UK&I Head of Salesforce Pre Sales and will be responsible for owning the Salesforce solution across opportunities. You will work alongside additional delivery leads within the Salesforce practice, and where needed collaborate with other teams within NTT DATA. The ideal candidate will already be doing a similar role - or may have contributed to pre-sales efforts whilst in a delivery-orientated architecture role, will come with extensive expertise in Salesforce, demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities, and have a client centric and creative mindset to ensure proposed solutions are aligned to our client needs and industry standards.
What you'll be doing:
Owning the delivery of the solution proposal during pre-sales opportunities. For each qualified opportunity, you will be designated as the ‘Pre-Sales Solution lead’ within the opportunity, becoming the single-point-of-contact where appropriate, through to the proposal submission.
Designing and presenting scalable and innovative Salesforce solutions, responding to client needs and proactive go to market campaigns.
You may be assigned to multiple opportunities in parallel, so working efficiently and managing your workload whilst balancing competing priorities is very important.
Conducting product demonstrations, presentations and proof of concepts.
Working with cross-functional teams, including product innovation, advisory, delivery, and change, to ensure seamless project handover and execution.
Acting as a strategic advisor to clients across Salesforce capabilities and industry trends
Exceptional stakeholder management, ability to communicate with and engage stakeholders at all levels, to build trusted relationships
Increasing brand awareness of our UK&I team, strengthening partnerships across our people, partners and clients
Contributing to shaping relevant processes and ways of working, leveraging your past and current experiences.
Collaborating with internal teams to understand market trends and gaps and key win themes
Staying informed on the latest developments across Salesforce technologies and competitor offerings
What experience you'll bring:
Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem
Deep understanding of Salesforce products
Ability to bridge the gap between the technical and business solution, presenting the best perspective tailored to the relevant audience
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Experience in Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimation to shape and size requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and close large-scale Salesforce deals.
Familiarity with commercial models, agile methodologies and project management principles.
At a minimum, you must have the Salesforce Application Architect certification. Additional architecture certifications will be viewed favourably
Experience in solution architecture and designing enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
