The successful candidate will join Nasstar’s Presales team and be responsible for the scoping and creation of technical presales solutions and documentation, supporting the sales community in client engagements.
The role requires a confident, experienced, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and interact with clients at all organizational levels in both technical and business discussions.
Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing solution proposals, demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, implementation strategies, designs, and Statements of Work.
The role involves collaboration with Nasstar teams such as Sales, Bid Management, Product & Propositions, Technical Delivery, Project Management, and Support & Managed Services. Flexibility for remote work and travel is essential.
The candidate should have experience and confidence advising clients on Wide Area and Local Area Networking, with a focus on secure networking concepts like SD-WAN, SD-Branch, and SASE architectures, including services such as ZTNA, CASB, and FWAAS.
Operate in a presales capacity, engaging at a senior level to define and own customer technology strategies. Manage high-value, complex requests, and create customer-facing artifacts for engagements.
